Thank you for shopping with Anum. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

Due to the nature of dropshipping and international shipping, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you received:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Requests without proof may not be approved.


Refunds (If Approved)

Once your request is approved:

  • You may receive a refund or replacement, depending on the situation
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider or bank
  3. If the issue continues, contact us at [your support email]


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or model chosen by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within [X hours, e.g. 12 or 24 hours] after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


Customs, VAT & Import Fees

If a package is delayed, returned, or held by customs due to unpaid VAT or import fees:

  • The customer is responsible for these charges
  • Refunds will not be issued in these cases


Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 35 business days, please contact us.
We will investigate and offer a suitable solution (refund or replacement).
